Experienced BI/DW Consultants
We are looking for talented, enthusiastic, self-motivated professionals with a minimum of 2 years experience in Business Objects/Crystal Enterprise technology and Microsoft Business Intelligence. Excellent communication skills, excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to turn loosely-defined projects into tight specifications are required.

Project Manager
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing a diverse team of data modelers, ETL developers, DBAs, and business analysts. The project manager will also be responsible for creating and maintaining a detailed project plan. Experience managing and deploying Business Intelligence projects in an enterprise data warehouse environment. Experience with Business Intelligence projects that have used tools such as Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, Siebel Analytics, Microsoft Analysis Services, Microsoft Reporting Services, Informatica, or Data Stage, etc. Excellent communication skills. Knowledge of Kimball and Inmon data warehouse methodologies desired.

Business Analyst
The Business Analyst will be responsible for Working with business users to define reporting and analytical requirements. Write SQL queries to understand source systems. Document business user Business Intelligence requirements. Ability to write basic SQL queries. Experience with Business Intelligence Tool such as Business Objects, Cognos, Microstrategy, Siebel Analytics, Microsoft Analysis Services, or Microsoft Reporting Services. Business Objects Developer
The Business Objects Developer will be responsible for the design, development, maintenance, and support of the data warehouse presentation layer using Business Objects XI (R2 preferred) and 6.x. This person will also handle the installation, configuration, tuning, and administration of the Business Objects servers and client software. The Developer will create Universes for standard reporting, ad-hoc queries, general business users, and advanced business users. The Developer will also work closely with business users and analysts to create Universes that meet their business requirements and a wide variety of advanced reports of varying complexity, including slice-and-dice, drill-down, cross-tab, multiple table/section, and master-detail type reports.

ETL Architect/Developer SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
We are looking for a consultant to help architect, design, develop and test enterprise-grade integration solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). This person will work with Business Analysts and Data Modelers to understand business requirements and turn them into technical specifications. The job will entail creating new packages as well as enhancing and debugging existing SSIS packages. The candidate must have strong data-manipulation skills, T-SQL, DTS/SSIS, and SQL Server skills, and be willing to support operations by identifying, researching, and resolving performance and production issues.

Database Developer
The Database Developer will be responsible for performing both logical and physical modeling of databases, writing SQL Server stored procedures and DTS/SSIS ETL, writing advanced SQL, and SQL development (data conversion, migration scripts, and triggers).
